About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive qualified traffic
- Build and execute SEO and GEO strategies including keyword research and page optimization
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC and paid social campaigns
- Track and report KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
- Monitor user behavior and fine-tune website conversion paths
- Manage social media presence, content creation, and community engagement
- Support email, content, and event marketing programs
- Assist with podcast creation from concept to distribution
Requirements
- 3+ years in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Experience running nationwide paid search and social campaigns
- Proficiency in SEO/GEO, paid media, email, and copywriting
- Fluency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft 365
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, advertising, business, or communications
- Google Certification
