Responsibilities

• Create and analyze marketing campaigns in accordance with business goals
• Coordinate the publication of marketing actions and multi-channel communication
• Collaborate with stores, sales departments, and external agencies
• Prepare visually attractive and correct marketing materials
• Co-create communication for Traders, HoReCa, and SCO customers
• Ensure content accuracy across channels and adherence to schedules
• Propose solutions aligned with company strategy
• Verify compliance of actions with regulations and systems
• Manage the assigned marketing budget
• Ensure compliance with METRO Group branding guidelines
• Contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns and projects

Requirements

• Higher education in marketing, management, or a related field
• English language proficiency for fluent communication
• Experience in retail marketing or communication projects
• Project management skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Analytical thinking and goal orientation
• Knowledge of visual communication principles and agency collaboration
• Independence, accuracy, and good work organization
• Openness, initiative, and creativity
