Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Engu's social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
• Create diverse marketing content such as posts, newsletters, product copy, case studies, and platform updates.
• Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns from initial concept to post-campaign analysis.
• Build and manage partnerships with schools, after-school clubs, education influencers, and media partners.
• Optimize web content for SEO to increase organic visibility.
• Track channel performance and analyze data to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
• Collaborate closely with product and development teams to represent the Engu brand authentically.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within edtech, education, parenting, or gaming.
• Strong copywriting skills in both English and Czech.
• Hands-on knowledge of social media platforms and management tools.
• Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization.
• Professional-level Czech language skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with influencer marketing or partnership management within the teaching community.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Notion, or Later.
• Experience creating or editing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Ability to build performance reports and work with data.
