Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Dana Hospitality Instagram account, including content planning, creation, scheduling, and community engagement
• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand objectives and campus events
• Create high-quality visual content including photography, short-form video, reels, and stories
• Maintain and update the company website and apps with accurate, engaging content
• Track and analyze social media metrics and generate monthly performance reports
• Write and edit copy for digital campaigns, email communications, and signage

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field
• Bilingual in French and English (conversational French or higher required)
• Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram
• Strong skills in photography, video editing, and visual content creation
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Buffer, or CapCut
• Experience with website content management systems (CMS)
• Analytical mindset with experience using social media reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food services, or a university environment
