Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Dana Hospitality Instagram account through planning, creation, and community engagement
• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with brand goals and campus events
• Create high-quality visual content including photography, short videos, reels, and stories
• Maintain and update the website and applications with accurate and engaging content
• Track and analyze social media and website performance metrics to guide strategy
• Produce monthly reports on KPIs, engagement, and campaign results
• Write and review copy for digital campaigns, email communications, and signage

Requirements

• University or college degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field
• Bilingual in French and English (English is the primary working language)
• Demonstrated experience in social media management, specifically Instagram
• Strong skills in photography, video editing, and visual content creation
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Later, or Hootsuite
• Experience with web content management systems (CMS)
• Analytical mindset with experience using social media reporting tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like ClickUp
