Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other online platforms
• Manage social media channels, including content scheduling, captions, posting, and community engagement
• Plan and coordinate digital content calendars in alignment with marketing campaigns and business priorities
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, leads, conversion, and ROI
• Support paid advertising campaigns via Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to produce creative assets for campaigns, social media, and website content
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and digital best practices
• Support SEO activities, website content updates, and landing page optimization
• Track digital marketing KPIs and recommend improvements based on data insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital campaigns, and content planning
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or Google Analytics
• Strong writing skills in both English and Arabic
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation campaigns
• Experience with B2B or service-based marketing
• Experience with email marketing
• Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation tools
• Basic design sense to effectively brief creative teams
