Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, GEO, and email marketing.
• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to distribute content across various channels.
• Create and manage engaging content for the website, social media, and email communications.
• Manage third-party agencies to maintain the company's digital presence and ensure deadlines are met.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics to optimize user experience.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase audience engagement and follower growth.
• Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent and targeted content delivery.

Requirements

• Degree standard or equivalent education.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and PPC.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS), such as Shopify.
• Skills in creating HTML E-shots.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage budgets and external agencies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role.
• Experience using Salesforce (CRM).
• A strong interest in new technologies and digital developments.
