Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, brand visibility, and demand generation
• Manage the digital ecosystem including email marketing, e-commerce, online advertising, SEO/SEM, and website strategy
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns to support business growth
• Develop and optimize e-commerce product content to ensure consistency across platforms
• Create and execute email and SMS campaigns, including content creation and performance tracking
• Manage marketing automation processes, including CRM integration and system optimization
• Implement and manage marketing technologies to improve efficiency and scalability
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and IT

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including email, e-commerce, SEO/SEM, and paid media
• Proven experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Understanding of website management and basic HTML/CSS
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
