Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Naver Search Ads (Power Link) targeting Korean-language research and academic keywords
• Plan and execute Naver GFA campaigns across Naver Cafe communities and the Naver news feed
• Manage Hibrainnet display ad placements and ResearchGate advertising campaigns for the Korean market
• Write and localize ad copy, headlines, and CTAs in natural Korean
• Monitor daily campaign performance, tracking CTR, CPC, impressions, and conversion rates
• Optimize keyword bids, audience targeting, and creatives based on performance data
• Prepare monthly campaign performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients

Requirements

• Professional level Korean language proficiency (written and spoken)
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media campaign management
• Hands-on experience running campaigns on Naver Search Ads (Power Link) and/or Naver GFA
• Strong understanding of the Korean digital advertising ecosystem
• Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Hibrainnet or other academic/research-focused advertising platforms in Korea
• Prior exposure to academic publishing, research services, or B2B digital marketing
• Experience marketing to researchers, graduate students, or academic institutions in Korea
• TOPIK certification
