Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Define and implement targeted digital campaigns including emailing, automation, SEA, and social ads
• Segment audiences by profession, geography, and digital behavior to provide personalized content
• Design and produce marketing content and sales support materials such as white papers, FAQs, and commercial arguments
• Manage and optimize agency web pages (SEO) and social media channels, primarily LinkedIn
• Develop a consistent editorial line that aligns with the commercial strategy of various local agencies
• Monitor campaign KPIs including open rates, click rates, web traffic, conversion rates, and ROI
• Use analytical tools like Google Analytics to drive data-based optimizations
• Manage online e-reputation and implement digital customer satisfaction surveys (NPS)

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a multi-site environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High level of adaptability and versatility
