Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement optimization solutions and build campaigns for high-value advertising customers
• Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
• Gather and analyze data at both the account and campaign level
• Create reports to support or aid optimization strategies
• Use optimization techniques across Search, Search Network, Mobile, and Video
• Identify opportunities to seize sales and drive client conversations
• Maintain thorough understanding of departmental processes and policies
• Demonstrate innovation in identifying areas for operational improvement

Requirements

• Native level Dutch speaker
• Fluent English (C1 or strong B2)
• 1 year experience in a contact center
• Strong computer handling and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Excel and data systems
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Optimization
• Experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Instagram Advertising
