Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads to achieve performance goals (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
• Conduct market research, audience targeting, and creative testing to maximize campaign effectiveness
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage
• Assist in budget allocation and forecasting for paid media channels
• Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders

Requirements

• 3–5 years in digital advertising with proven success in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads
• Deep knowledge of at least one platform (Google, Meta, or TikTok), including advanced targeting, bidding strategies, and analytics
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel
• Familiarity with e-commerce and conversion optimization strategies
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
