Digital Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to drive high-quality lead generation across Qatar and the GCC
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms
• Manage media budgets, audience targeting, and bidding to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Lead A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and messaging to optimize performance
• Implement organic social media strategies and manage presence on priority platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram
• Own website and landing page optimization, including SEO, UX, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Monitor performance using GA4, Search Console, and other analytics tools to turn insights into actionable plans
• Support CRM integration and lead tracking using Salesforce to ensure accurate campaign attribution and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing and media buying
• Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and other data-driven reporting tools
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for lead management and attribution
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, and paid media optimization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be a current resident of Qatar with a valid Qatar ID

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in higher education, executive education, or premium services
• Prior experience working within the Qatar or GCC region
• Proficiency in Arabic
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
