Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end build and release phases for projects related to Online Awareness and AI in Marketing.
• Manage the program and project lifecycle for AI use cases across internal and 3rd party GenAI and agentic AI platforms.
• Drive Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to ensure digital presence remains future-ready.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and brand teams to implement On-Page and Technical SEO/GEO workstreams.
• Create and maintain a centralized use-case intake and management framework for AI-enhanced processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product marketing, designers, and developers to manage project dependencies.
• Develop and maintain success tracking systems to demonstrate the impact of AI adoption and digital initiatives.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing with proven project management responsibilities.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Marketing, PR, Communication Sciences, Advertising, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, GEO, inbound/outbound marketing, and artificial intelligence.
• Strong project management skills using Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing complex project lifecycles and cross-functional coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile, LEAN, or other professional project management certifications.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user journey mapping.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with high learning agility.
• Ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
