About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for an artist portfolio, focusing on social roll-outs, community building, and fan data
  • Translate artist identity into digital storytelling on platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, Stationhead, and WhatsApp/SMS
  • Coordinate digital setups including campaign pages, social assets, and other digital touchpoints
  • Manage short-form content strategies and collaborate with internal teams and external partners for high-quality productions
  • Develop fan and UGC marketing strategies to stimulate engagement, fanbase growth, and streaming
  • Build and segment fanbases using a data-driven approach to utilize first-party data
  • Monitor trends, performance, and viral moments in real-time to identify new opportunities
  • Analyze, report, and optimize campaigns based on data insights
  • Advise artists, management, and internal teams on digital strategy and platform best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the music industry or a related creative sector
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and develop impactful campaigns
  • Thorough knowledge of the digital landscape and fan communities
  • Excellent communication skills to convey an artist's unique voice
  • Experience collaborating with artists, management, and external partners
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to optimization
  • Deep understanding of platforms like TikTok and digital tools for fan engagement
  • Broad musical taste with affinity for pop, hip-hop, dance, and singer-songwriter genres
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
