Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital campaigns to support business units and meet KPIs
• Manage marketing automation platforms to drive communications to target audiences
• Direct external digital strategy including SEM, social media, and web content management
• Oversee organic search and keyword strategy for the company website
• Analyze website data and campaign performance to optimize conversion and customer experience
• Build and maintain landing pages and category pages aligned with business strategy
• Conduct A/B testing and apply best practices for ongoing optimization

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing strategy and execution
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital communications, or a related field
• Proven experience managing outside agency partners
• Fluency in web technology, CRM, and marketing automation strategies
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
• Experience incorporating AI agents into marketing automated workflows
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or WordPress
• Knowledge of Google AdWords and Google Analytics
• Understanding of HTML and CMS editing
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
