Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across APAC markets, driving full-funnel strategies from awareness to retention.
• Lead demand generation through digital channels and manage always-on social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative and social agencies to develop digital videos, influencer content, and static/banner creatives.
• Drive brand discoverability through SEO/GEO and content marketing to improve organic reach.
• Manage influencer marketing strategies, including collaboration with regional agencies and tracking campaign effectiveness.
• Utilize AI and Generative AI tools for scalable content creation, campaign planning, and optimization.
• Track campaign and sales performance metrics, conducting ROI analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
• Work cross-functionally with brand, regional, and agency teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience working with both agencies and brands.
• Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools and Generative AI for content and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in performance or e-commerce-led creative development.
• Strong understanding of search trends, keywords, and content performance monitoring.
