Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies, including creator identification, outreach, and negotiation.
• Oversee influencer content creation to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and creative standards.
• Ideate, script, and produce engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and quick commerce platforms.
• Monitor online trends and viral topics to create timely, relevant content that enhances brand visibility.
• Plan, create, and schedule social media content that aligns with brand voice and seasonal campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance using metrics like engagement, reach, and ROI to optimize future strategies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital content creation, social media marketing, or content strategy.
• Expertise in short-form video trends, social media algorithms, and digital storytelling.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience in the FMCG, health, or wellness industries.
• Knowledge of D2C and quick commerce content strategies.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to manage projects within deadlines.
