Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing plans to drive category awareness and consumer demand across South Asia.
• Manage consumer marketing communication strategies, including social media, website content, SEM, and display advertising.
• Execute commercially driven demand generation plans to meet monthly and quarterly Sales Assessed Leads (SAL) targets.
• Manage and develop a team of 3-5 in-house concierge staff to triage and nurture digital leads through the sales funnel.
• Oversee campaign budgets and manage relationships with media and third-party lead generation agencies.
• Collaborate with Sales, APAC, and Global marketing teams to ensure integrated messaging and brand consistency.
• Monitor digital performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting and optimization insights to management.

Requirements

• Post Graduate degree in marketing or business.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in DTC marketing or brand management.
• Proven experience in people leadership and managing teams.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and delivering to sales/marketing targets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions.
• Excellent project management, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
