Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the corporate website strategy, user experience, and content architecture
• Manage landing pages and digital journeys to improve engagement and conversion outcomes
• Develop and execute a global social media strategy to strengthen brand presence
• Leverage data, analytics, AI, and automation tools to optimize digital content and campaign performance
• Identify and implement modern marketing technologies, including CRM and marketing automation integrations
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track digital performance, ROI, and KPIs
• Plan and manage digital webinars and virtual events to ensure effective lead capture
• Develop and publish thought leadership content such as white papers and industry insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing roles
• Proven experience managing corporate websites and full-funnel digital campaigns
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled marketing tools for personalization and automation
• Strong capability in analytics, reporting platforms, and performance dashboards
• Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate with global stakeholders
• Fluency in English
