About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and scale the paid media engine, managing multi-channel budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to drive pipeline and ROAS.
- Develop quarterly paid media plans grounded in buyer persona research, intent data, and competitive analysis.
- Execute structured A/B tests on ad copy, creative, audience segments, and landing pages to optimize performance.
- Leverage B2B intent platforms like 6sense or Demandbase to build targeted ABM campaigns aligned with Sales targets.
- Optimize website performance and conversion rates (CRO) while ensuring discoverability for AI-powered search engines.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to manage multi-touch attribution and tie digital spend directly to revenue outcomes.
- Use AI-driven tools to augment ad copy generation, audience modeling, and creative testing at scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing substantial B2B SaaS paid media budgets with a focus on driving pipeline.
- Expert-level command of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and SFDC.
- Proven experience using B2B intent platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) for account-based marketing.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing workflows for creative and optimization tasks.
- Strong understanding of CMS management, landing page builders, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret multi-touch attribution and predictive analytics.
