Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with hotel business goals
• Manage the hotel’s website, ensuring updated content, promotions, and brand consistency
• Drive direct bookings through website optimization, SEO, SEM, and digital campaigns
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms
• Manage social media platforms, including content planning, engagement, and community management
• Create and coordinate digital content including photography, videos, blogs, and newsletters
• Monitor and improve online reputation across review platforms and travel websites
• Analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools and prepare ROI reports
• Collaborate with sales, revenue management, and operations teams
• Manage email marketing campaigns and loyalty program communications
• Coordinate with agencies, designers, and photographers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
• Experience managing hotel websites, booking engines, and online travel platforms
• Proficiency in digital analytics tools and campaign reporting
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills
