Digital Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Own on-site marketing and optimization across key digital touchpoints to improve conversion from visitor to signup and activation.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to optimize messaging, landing pages, and user journeys through A/B testing and experimentation.
• Lead content strategy and distribution across channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and blogs.
• Identify and scale growth opportunities across SEO, AI-led discovery (GEO), and social media.
• Track website performance, funnels, and user behavior using GA4 to drive data-backed decisions.
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team while managing external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
• Generate growth hypotheses and run rapid experiments to achieve measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in digital or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling traffic and improving website conversion and funnel performance.
• Strong hands-on expertise in CRO, SEO, social media, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in GA4, LinkedIn Ads, and performance tracking tools.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and leading teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect deliverables to tangible results.
