About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage website operations, including writing content briefs and analyzing traffic to identify pain points
- Operate social media channels by producing content briefs and analyzing monthly and quarterly data to derive insights
- Develop digital campaign and CRM ideas, participate in content production, and manage CRM databases
- Execute digital campaigns and email marketing, gauging impact through website traffic and other metrics
- Monitor search advertisements and optimize search keywords to increase Return on Investment (ROI)
Requirements
- Experience or knowledge in website operation planning and management
- Ability to manage social media channels and produce relevant content
- Understanding of digital campaign production and execution
- Familiarity with CRM database management
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search advertisement monitoring
