About the role
Responsibilities
- Support SEO initiatives including content research, keyword analysis, and page performance tracking
- Help create content briefs for editorial articles and manage publication processes
- Audit website content and flag optimization opportunities
- Review website journeys and identify friction points in the customer experience
- Analyze user behavior data to understand visitor interactions with key pages
- Document UX improvement opportunities and test ideas
- Help document A/B tests and track experiment results
- Analyze website performance and conversion trends
- Assist with building business cases for new test ideas
- Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards and summaries for leadership
- Pull and organize data from marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Translate data into clear insights
- Support cross-functional marketing and digital projects
