Digital Marketing, Growth & E-Commerce Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and drive online conversions
• Oversee and continuously improve the company website, including content updates, UX, SEO, and conversion optimization
• Lead a full online facelift, refreshing branding, messaging, and digital presence
• Optimize e-commerce pathways, product presentation, and online purchasing experience
• Analyze campaign and sales performance across digital and e-commerce channels using data and KPIs
• Manage email marketing and outbound digital campaigns to support sales and online purchasing
• Ensure brand consistency and professionalism across all online touchpoints

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce management, or social media management
• Proven track record of running campaigns that generate leads or revenue
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid advertising, SEO, and content strategy
• Experience managing and optimizing websites (Shopify, WordPress, or similar)
• Ability to think both creatively and analytically with a focus on revenue outcomes
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce funnels, conversion rate optimization, or online sales flows
• Experience in B2B marketing or the healthcare/medical supply industry
