OneDome is a fast-growing property and fintech group in the UK, bringing together mortgage, protection, conveyancing, and wealth services into a single seamless home-buying and financial journey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and optimise web pages, blogs, and landing pages
• Monitor rankings, site health, crawl errors, and Core Web Vitals
• Implement on-page SEO updates directly in WordPress
• Work with IT/development on technical SEO including schema, redirects, and site speed
• Collaborate with the content executive to brief, edit, and optimise content
• Publish and update content in WordPress with correct formatting and metadata
• Build and send campaigns in HubSpot and Brevo
• Assist with Google Ads and Meta campaigns
• Track organic traffic and report on KPIs using Google Analytics and SEO tools

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, and website management
• Hands-on WordPress skills including publishing and plugin management
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
• Strong knowledge of content optimisation and technical SEO
• Experience with HubSpot and familiarity with Brevo or Microsoft Dynamics
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Analytical mindset with ability to build clear reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with IT/development teams on technical site enhancements
• Familiarity with Power BI or advanced reporting dashboards
• Industry experience in property, financial services, or fintech
