Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Drive user acquisition growth for the UK market by managing and optimizing PPC campaigns
• Utilize conversion data to optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid social platforms
• Monitor and hit key KPIs including Driver Leads, Customer Acquisition, Business Leads, CPL, and CPA
• Create end-to-end marketing campaigns based on thorough data research and analysis
• Execute A/B testing for targeting, strategies, and creatives to improve performance
• Develop seamless user journeys by applying user empathy for both customers and drivers
• Manage budgets effectively while seeking creative solutions to boost acquisition numbers

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience within the e-commerce or tech industry
• Expertise in managing Google Ads and Paid Social platforms (e.g., Facebook Ad Manager)
• Strong knowledge of SEM, PPC, and digital marketing funnels
• Proven experience setting up remarketing and retargeting campaigns
• Proficiency in SEO optimization, keyword analysis, and conversion optimization
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Sheets
• Analytical and critical thinking mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Fluency in English
