Digital Marketing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of digital marketing and growth strategies for a diverse range of global clients.
• Research client challenges through market, customer, stakeholder, and performance analysis.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear strategic recommendations, roadmaps, and actionable plans.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and strategic planning sessions to drive alignment.
• Present findings and executive-level recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor to influence decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to extend client engagements and contribute to new business proposals and pitches.
• Collaborate with channel specialists and delivery teams to ensure the successful execution of strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Broad understanding of key digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, PPC, CRM, analytics, CRO, content, and paid media.
• Proven experience developing and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into persuasive narratives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to structure solutions for ambiguous or complex challenges.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for managing stakeholder engagement.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing activity drives business value.
• High levels of ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
