Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns across web and social media platforms
• Create, edit, and publish digital content aligned with brand guidelines and SEO best practices
• Manage website updates and content publishing via CMS platforms
• Develop and execute social media editorial calendars, including content creation and scheduling
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and reports
• Collaborate with global business units, regional teams, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or communications
• Fluent English (mandatory); proficiency in Spanish is highly appreciated
• Solid understanding of SEO, social media, and web channels
• Experience working with CMS platforms
• Knowledge of paid media channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• Basic knowledge of or interest in applying AI tools to marketing and content creation
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
