Digital Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Brainstorm creative growth strategies and collaborate with internal departments, agencies, and freelancers.
• Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor email behavior, and media buying tactics.
• Develop and manage email campaigns, tracking key metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.
• Oversee digital media buying and manage paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Manage the company website, including content updates, traffic analysis, and optimizing for bounce rates and session duration.
• Create social media posts and support other digital marketing and communication tasks as required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role.
• Strong, crisp English writing skills.
• Proficiency in major social media networks, including SlideShare and Quora.
• Foundational knowledge of SEO.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and master various digital tools.
• A willingness to learn new technologies and undergo training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with blogging (active or past).
• Proficiency in Photoshop or other graphic design tools.
