Digital Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across social media, paid advertising, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising.
• Drive user and driver acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention through data-driven initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze audience insights to provide actionable growth recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop high-converting content, landing pages, and campaign assets.
• Manage performance budgets and monitor spending to maximize efficiency and ROI.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing insights, campaign performance, and emerging growth opportunities.
• Execute promotional and coupon campaigns to encourage first-time user orders.
• Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or social media marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or programmatic advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a performance marketing agency.
