About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across APAC markets, including paid search, social, and messaging channels.
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics such as website traffic, engagement, leads, and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards using GA4, Power BI, and Excel.
- Utilize AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for daily research, content drafting, and workflow automation.
- Use generative AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) to create and iterate on marketing assets and ad creatives.
- Coordinate with country marketing teams, external agencies, and regional stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or campaign operations.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Power BI, Excel, and major ad platforms like Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.
- Demonstrated daily use of AI tools for content creation, research, or data analysis, including effective prompt engineering.
- Experience using generative AI tools for creative production (image, video, or copy).
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer digital businesses such as e-commerce, fintech, insurtech, or consumer apps.
- Familiarity with the APAC digital landscape, including platforms like TikTok, LINE, or Zalo.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze).
- Exposure to SEO/GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) strategies.
- Basic proficiency in Python or SQL for marketing data analysis.
