Digital Marketing and Design Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns via Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing
• Manage HubSpot CRM to automate workflows, segment contacts, and analyze performance
• Develop high-quality graphic content using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Figma for commercial presentations and sales support
• Translate technical proposals into persuasive, client-oriented commercial messages
• Monitor digital campaign metrics and KPIs to optimize ROI
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary departments to align commercial objectives with digital strategies

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Cycle in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Digital Marketing
• 3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Figma
• Experience with HubSpot (configuration, contact management, automation, reporting)
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• English language skills
