Digital Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across Hispanic America.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve website traffic, campaign performance, and digital marketing KPIs.
• Create and optimize impactful content using a storytelling approach across multiple channels.
• Set up, maintain, and optimize paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Support the implementation and optimization of marketing automation workflows to nurture leads.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders to implement website and UX improvements.
• Perform SEO updates and support landing page optimization initiatives.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and lead generation.
• Coordinate internal and external events for customers, partners, and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Demand Generation.
• Proven experience managing digital campaigns and marketing tools.
• Proficiency with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
• Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced English proficiency.
