Digital Marketing & AI Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media, blogs, email campaigns, and the company website.
• Write compelling, SEO-focused copy for landing pages, newsletters, and digital advertising.
• Design and optimize AI-powered marketing workflows using automation platforms and no-code solutions.
• Develop AI agents, reusable prompts, and standard operating procedures to scale content creation and SEO research.
• Research and implement new AI tools and integrations to enhance marketing performance and operational efficiency.
• Monitor campaign and SEO performance, preparing regular reports with data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets, including presentations, pitch decks, and brochures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or SEO.
• High proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Midjourney.
• Native or professional proficiency in Turkish and fluent Business English (all interviews are in English).
• Experience with marketing platforms like Canva, Semrush, Mailchimp, WordPress, or Google Analytics.
• Ability to work flexible hours aligned with US Eastern Time zones.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing or professional services (accounting, finance, or legal).
• Proven ability to transform repetitive processes into scalable, AI-assisted workflows.
