Digital Marketing Administrator

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and compelling email content that resonates with the desired audience
• Segment and manage email lists
• Design visually appealing, responsive email templates
• Identify opportunities for email optimization and implement A/B testing
• Utilize HubSpot software to manage and optimize CRM processes
• Address technical CRM issues and respond to customization requests
• Maintain CRM data integrity and accuracy
• Communicate with internal staff and produce technical training materials
• Support the development of SMS and ad campaigns

Requirements

• HubSpot certification
• Background in digital marketing
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and its functionalities
• Experience supporting CRM build-out and integration
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to identify trends and patterns in data
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of civic engagement and political landscapes
• Experience in campaign data analytics and CRM management
• Degree in marketing
