About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day planning, strategy, and optimization of digital campaigns to meet client KPIs
- Manage media plans, budgets, and forecasting for direct response and performance campaigns
- Oversee workflow management and training for direct reports
- Act as the primary communication lead for clients, media partners, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate across markets to deliver integrated media plans and respond to client briefs
- Utilize reporting acumen to suggest optimizations and enhance campaign performance
- Implement Test & Learn innovation frameworks
Requirements
- Comprehensive experience in digital media at an agency, media owner, or client side
- Advanced understanding of digital principles including paid social, search, and programmatic
- Proficiency with DSPs, Social Ads Managers, and ad-serving technology
- Experience with audience segmentation, CRM processes, and 1st party data
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of comScore, IRIS from IPSOS, and Google Ads Reach Planner
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with verification tools, viewability, and attribution modeling
- Ability to build cross-channel strategies integrating offline and online media
