Digital Learning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e-learning courses, microlearning modules, videos, and digital assessments.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, learner journeys, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee the organization’s website and digital platforms, ensuring content is current, SEO-optimized, and aligned with branding.
• Manage dedicated mobile applications and additional digital tools such as CRM systems and webinar platforms.
• Optimize the learner experience through gamification, automation, and personalized learning pathways.
• Produce and edit multimedia content, including learning videos, graphics, and animations.
• Track and report on digital engagement metrics, website traffic, and course completion rates to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, EdTech, Multimedia, IT, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in digital learning, LMS administration, or digital platform management.
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and CMS/WordPress.
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Canva.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
• Experience with mobile app management and digital tool integration.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles specifically for learner experiences.
