Digital Learning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze learning needs including target audience, context, performance gaps, and success criteria
• Develop and justify learning strategies covering form, didactics, interaction, and tone of voice
• Facilitate working sessions with subject matter experts and stakeholders
• Create or direct didactic designs and storyboards in collaboration with the design team
• Monitor didactic quality through review rounds, testing, and iteration
• Advise clients on implementation and behavioral change reinforcement
• Share knowledge within the team regarding standards and trends

Requirements

• HBO/WO working and thinking level with a background in educational science, training science, or L&D
• Several years of experience as an instructional designer or learning consultant, preferably with digital solutions
• Ability to translate complex content into clear didactic designs and learning interactions
• Strong communication skills to explain choices and manage stakeholders
• Experience with e-learning, storyboarding, and tools like Articulate Rise or Storyline
• Experience with blended design, learning campaigns, or behavioral change
• Affinity with UX/visual design
• Excellent command of Dutch and good command of English
• Availability for at least 32 hours per week
