Digital Learning Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage seamless onboarding and implementation for digital customers, guiding them through course setup and integration.
• Develop and execute structured implementation plans to ensure customers can successfully integrate solutions into their courses.
• Provide ongoing proactive engagement, including training, troubleshooting, and best practice recommendations to ensure post-implementation success.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to track customer insights, digital information, and team activities.
• Build trusted relationships with Sales Managers, Education Consultants, and Marketing teams to support business growth.
• Drive long-term digital adoption by proactively addressing customer needs and implementing strategies to increase solution usage.

Requirements

• Experience in educational publishing, educational technology, teaching, or providing pre- and post-sales training/support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to groups.
