Digital Leadership Development Program Associate

Responsibilities

• Engage in application development using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Support systems management and optimization efforts
• Participate in business process re-engineering projects
• Assist with infrastructure management and environmental design/build out
• Contribute to security and controllership initiatives
• Complete various rotations in disciplines such as technical design, architecture, and operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Management, or a related field
• 0-2 years of professional work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship, co-op, or research experience in information technology
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated leadership experience inside or outside the classroom
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• General understanding of business and finance principles
• A strong passion and commitment to a career in technology
