Digital & IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and manage IT projects related to digital transformation, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including user support, local application management, and IT infrastructure maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through digital solutions and automation.
• Collaborate with European and Asian stakeholders to translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Manage IT assets, hardware/software inventory, and the IT operational budget.
• Facilitate organizational change management to ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital product management and IT operations management.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work onsite in Ormeau, Australia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Power BI, Monday.com, or SFDC.
• Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Product Manager or Agile Certified Practitioner.
