Responsibilities

• Maintain various state licenses and expert knowledge through continuing education and industry study
• Uncover customer insurance needs through a consultative approach and recommend tailored solutions
• Achieve and exceed production targets to contribute to company growth
• Ensure compliance with state regulatory guidelines to safeguard agency reputation
• Collaborate with management to develop and execute personalized success plans
• Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing products and processes

Requirements

• Valid state-issued insurance license (required)
• Experience with consultative processes in high-volume sales centers
• Experience selling in a multi-carrier, multi-product environment
• 2+ years of auto and home insurance sales experience preferred
• Ability to work from a quiet, professional, distraction-free home environment with high-speed internet
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IA, KS, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA
