Digital Innovation Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement digitalization systems, including ownership of updates and prioritizing system enhancement requests.
• Work cross-functionally with corporate IT and key business stakeholders to understand and implement system changes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget by tracking issues to resolution.
• Provide descriptive and diagnostic analytics and data visualization to support business decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, vendors, and management teams.
• Support existing systems while managing plans for current and future implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of process improvement, lean, or six sigma experience; OR
• Master's degree with 1+ year of process improvement, lean, or six sigma experience; OR
• 5+ years of process improvement, lean, or six sigma experience.
• Expertise in SQL for data extraction, cleansing, and manipulation.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and M languages.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Ivalua as a source-to-contract and supplier lifecycle management tool.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Automate, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects (3-5 projects).
• Strong presentation skills for communicating with senior leadership.
