Digital Health Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for digital health systems across the organization and its partners
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, technology, and government stakeholders to drive system adoption and optimization
• Identify user needs and improve healthcare workflows to ensure digital systems are effectively embedded into practice
• Contribute to process improvements and data-driven decision-making to maximize the value of digital health solutions
• Support sustainable change management to enhance the overall workforce experience

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration
• Proven experience in digital health, clinical informatics, or business analysis within a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and how technology impacts clinical outcomes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to influence change and translate complex insights into practical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital health systems implementation
• Background in process improvement or formal change management methodologies
