Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive digital acquisition strategy based on segment behavior and competitor benchmarking
• Drive location-based acquisition initiatives in collaboration with product, marketing, and data science teams
• Implement digital marketing strategies to drive acquisition for the Amarthalink agent network
• Monitor and analyze performance of digital campaigns including paid ads, SEO, and ASO
• Perform in-depth data analysis regarding agent network performance, acquisition rates, and location coverage
• Track key metrics including installs, conversion rates, CAC, and ROAS
• Manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing initiatives to ensure optimal ROI
• Collaborate across functions including product, data, marketing, and research to align digital strategies with business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Over 3 years of experience in growth with a focus on digital acquisition
• Strong background in data analytics and data visualization
• Experience in the retail or telecommunications sector managing agent networks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of digital acquisition fundamentals, trends, and best practices
