Responsibilities
- Align growth strategies with Product and Sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and email
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with design and development teams for seamless campaign execution
- Optimize website and landing pages for conversions using A/B testing and CRO best practices
- Lead SEO efforts to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
- Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to track and report key growth metrics
- Conduct cohort analysis and customer segmentation
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in growth marketing within SaaS, technology, or startup environments
- Expertise in digital marketing channels including PPC, Paid Social, email, and content marketing
- Strong knowledge of analytics and CRM tools
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and A/B testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and workflows
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
