Exa is building a search engine for the AI era. Our Search API currently powers Agents, Fortune 500s and AI labs as we transform an industry that hasn’t been disrupted since the 90s. We're a largely SF-based team of ~100 from Harvard, MIT, Meta, Google Research, ex-founders & dropouts alike.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X
• Manage budgets, test creative, and drive down CAC
• Optimize exa.ai as a conversion surface by shipping landing pages and running A/B tests
• Manage paid media agency relationships and decide what to bring in-house
• Scale campaigns from self-serve developers to large enterprise buyers
• Test 10+ new ad concepts per week in collaboration with designers
• Stand up new channels such as programmatic, podcast ads, and CTV
• Build growth models and dashboards to tie spend to pipeline contribution and ACV influence

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing in-platform campaigns
• Web fluency with the ability to ship landing pages and run experiments
• AI-native mindset with a focus on automation
• Analytical rigor and statistical significance testing
• Creative marketing skills for technical and enterprise buyers
• Ability to work in an ambiguous, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing at a high-growth SaaS or AI company
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
• Experience managing $50K-$250K/month in spend
• Proven track record in conversion tracking and attribution setup
• Experience working with creative teams to iterate on ad concepts
• Experience shipping landing pages and running B2B conversion experiments
