Digital Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of creative concepts, translating them into visual and interactive forms
• Match strategic direction with appropriate design results for digital and web-based marketing initiatives
• Design for multiple formats including email, display, social, web, and mobile responsive platforms
• Provide quality assurance on all creative deliverables
• Maintain strong rapport with production managers, content developers, and the wider Creative and Campaign Operations team
• Ensure awareness of current web design practices and cross-browser compatibility

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD)
• Experience working with Figma and Sketch
• Strong graphic design, layout, and typography skills
• Experience with photo-retouching, logo design, and illustration
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Ability to produce highly engaging designs in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• A strong design portfolio (please provide a link with your resume)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant design experience in a digital agency, media company, or advertising environment
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS)
• Grasp of AI applications and UI/UX design methodologies
